Refund policy

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been worn, washed, or damaged.

• It retains all original tags and packaging in its original condition.

• It is accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on swimwear, underwear, or accessories.
